It would have been far better and more cost effective to simply send replacement.
Very disappointed. One of the mirrors was faulty. The rod was not attached to the clamp. I was going on holiday with caravan within a few days of receiving mirrors so emailed customer services immediately on discovering the problem requesting an urgent response. No response received prior to going on holiday so I had to purchase some metal glue a fix mirror myself at my cost. A response was eventually received asking me to send the mirrors back at my cost and inconvenience before replacement would be sent.
Excellent towing mirrors , had different
Excellent towing mirrors , had different brand before, and they were terrible to fit and vibrated. That bad i was just going to tow without any towing mirrors at all. Seen loads of people raving about these ones and must admit the price did put me off slightly . When recieved fitting them was a dream and the difference was excellent, no vibration and a better view . Especially being the 3rd time I towed a caravan. My confidence was boosted so much more . Carnt recommend enough worth every penny
